Taking care of your body not only with physical movement but with what you chose to ingest into your body, all effects how you function and heal. Your body does not know the difference between medication and food. It will digest and absorb it just the same. So anything that you ingest is your body's food. This includes fluids as well which make up most of your body. Is this clean filtered water? Soda pop? Teas & coffees? Or any other numerous drink products available for you to consume. Foods and drinks are the very building blocks of your physical reality.
